The Office of The Attorney General has created local Take Back Programs around the state that are free to the public.

Unused/unwanted medicines and prescription drugs (including controlled substances) can be disposed of safely by depositing them in a secure disposal container, located in the lobby of participating police departments and sheriffs' offices.
