The members of the Cass County Sheriff’s Office pride themselves on providing the highest level of service. Although they do not expect recognition, it is highly appreciated and motivating to know that their efforts are noticed. Use this form to compliment or commend an Office member. 

Provide information to help us identify the officer(s) or staff you would like to compliment or commend.  If you don't recall the officer's names, providing a good description of when and where the action happened will help us identify the officer(s).

Office of Professional Standards

Our Office of Professional Standards (OPS) unit was established to ensure that the members of the Cass County Sheriff’s Office serve the citizens of Cass County to the best of their ability by following policy and procedures, We welcome your feedback and would like to hear from you if our staff did a remarkable job handling a situation.  We also would like to hear about any concerns you have about a member or our office. 

Our Complaint Process

All internal and external complaints are investigated in the same systematic, fair and professional manner. The OPS investigation findings will then be documented in a thorough report.
