Family Services:

The Cass Human Service Zone Family Services department serves to ensure the safety, permanency and well-being of children and families. Team members serve across all phases of the family services program, including the in-person assessment of reports of child abuse and neglect.

Economic Assistance:

The Cass Human Service Zone partners with the Department of Health and Human Services to deliver exceptional Economic Assistance programs to our community.

Economic Assistance programs include Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANIF), Health Care Coverage, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Low-Income Energy Assistance, Child Care Assistance, Healthy Steps and General Assistance Programs.
