Oversize/Overweight Permit
Cass County utilizes LoadPass Permits for issuing and processing all overweight and oversized truck permits on county roads. The LoadPass Permits website can be accessed at https://www.loadpasspermits.com/.

Bridge Length and 129K Permit
Please call the Highway Department at (701) 298-2370 for applications for the Bridge and 129k Permit.

Spring Load Restrictions will be discontinued May 5, 2026, on all county highways.
