The responsibility and challenges facing Cass County revolve around providing appropriate and necessary services to the expanding resident population of the County, while striving to do this with limited resources and keeping tax increases to a minimum. The best way to address this responsibility is to listen to, and work with, the excellent County staff and to work collaboratively with other agencies and private organizations in arriving at effective and efficient solutions.
