Policies for each Water Resource District are linked on the specific Water Resource District webpage.

Each person interested in providing public comment at a regular meeting must submit a speaker card, in person or via email, to the District's Secretary prior to the meeting being called to order that includes:

  -  Name
  -  Address
  -  An agenda item from the current meeting agenda or previous meeting agenda you wish to address
