PERSONAL MAIL
Inmates now have tablets for viewing digital scans of all personal mail. As of March 10, 2025, no personal mail will be accepted. No personal mail, messages, or packages will be accepted thru the mail.
Inmates have access to online books thru their tablets. Some materials are free, and there are expanded rental options available to inmates like using an e-book reader. Instead of purchasing books directly, for far less money you can either deposit funds into the inmate’s commissary account, or purchase credit with ICSolutions directly that the inmate can use towards content rental costs at https://jailatm.com
All digital media rental rates are $0.05 per minute, purchased in blocks of 1 hour.
We will continue to accept official mail such as communications with the court and attorneys.
Letters to inmates must be physically mailed to the following address, where it will be scanned and accessible electronically for the inmate. Address all inmate personal mail as follows:
Cass County Jail
(Inmate Name, Booking #)
P.O. Box 16120
Jonesboro, AR 72401
