INMATE PERSONAL VISITATION

All personal visitation is video. Inmates use their individual tablets and are no longer limited except for scheduled shut-off times. The facility offers 4 terminals in the lobby that the public can use for visits at no cost. We recommend scheduling an appointment for a visit, but you can attempt to connect without an appointment if a public terminal is not otherwise in use or reserved for a scheduled visit already. Friends and family can also make an video call account to visit using their own personal device by going to the video call website.

Visiting is available throughout the jail starting at 0800 each day, but will shut off at noon for lunch and again at 1700 for Supper. Evening hours are based on the scheduled lockdown where an inmate is housed, ranging from 6pm to 10 pm. Inmates are no longer restricted by number of visits per day but can only be on one visit at a time.

Visits using a personal device have a per minute fee, charged only for the time connected.  Video Visitation is charged at $0.14 per minute and can be paid by the inmate or the visitor. To establish a connection for a visit: https://jailatm.com.
