Reservations are required to ensure a site upon arrival. If there are no reservations, campsites will be available on a first come, first served basis.
The following service fees apply for use of electricity and water at campsites: $10 per day for tents; $20 per day for electrical sites; $25 per day for full hook-up sites; and $50 for rental of park building for events ($25 group activity fee included in building rental fee - see next bullet point). Reservations are limited to 14 days with 7 days off between periods. The 7-day period may be waived based on availability. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is noon.
Advanced Booking: The maximum advanced booking allowed is 120 days prior to the date of arrival.
Payment Policy: A payment of 100% of reservation fee is required at the time of booking. Advanced payments made over the internet are always paid by credit card. By Providing a cred card number, you are authorizing reservationfriend.com to bill your credit card for the full amount of reservation, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure.
Change Policy: No service charges are applied for changes to a reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are subject to a minimum cancellation fee equal to $10. In addition, cancellations made within 3 - 14 days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to one (1) days reservation fees. Cancellations made within 2 days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the reservation fee. Please contact the camp host for cancellations or to make and changes to your reservation.
Group activities attended by more than 25 individuals are prohibited without a permit issued by the Cass County Finance Office. A $25 fee will be charged for the application of such permit.
There are 8 full hook up sites which include water/electric/sewer. 5 sites with electric and water. 7 electric-only sites. Approximately 13 tent/primitive sites.
All campsites have fire rings and most have tables.
No burning will be allowed except in designated fireplaces.
Designated beach area (boats are not allowed to dock on the beach area and no fishing allowed on beach area).
Pets/dogs must be on a physical leash at all times while in the park and cleaned up after. Electronic collars are not accepted.
Speeds through the campground are to be 5 mph to ensure the safety of our campers and children.
No ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, dirt bikes or 4 wheelers are allowed in the park. If guests choose to bring one to check out the country side they are to be parked at the entrance along the fence line.
Use of firearms within the park is prohibited.
Family friendly atmosphere, kids can ride their bikes, utilize the tennis/basketball court and a great playground.
Boat speed is limited to idle only on the lake. There is no tubing/water skiing.
There are two T-Dock fishing piers to fish off shore.
There is a boat launch with a dock.
We do not have boat/canoe/cabin rentals.
There is a main bath house with sinks/toilets/showers, 3 vault toilets (no water)
There is a store on site to supply small convenience items.
Cutting, damaging, or destroying any trees within park area is prohibited.
Brewer Lake Park will have a curfew of 11:30 PM. After 11:30 PM, no unnecessary noise or unnecessary driving or consumption of alcohol will be permitted.
Fireworks, model rocket engines, combustible or explosive materials are prohibited.
A. No person may possess, discharge or set off within any area of Brewer Lake Park any form of fireworks, model rocket engines, combustibles or explosives.
B. The term “fireworks” means any combustible or explosive composition, or any substance or combination of substance or article prepared for the purpose of producing a visible or audible effect by combustion, explosion, deflagration or detonation.
C. “Model rocket engine” means a commercially manufactured, non-reusable rocket propulsion device constructed of a nonmetallic casing and solid propellant wherein all ingredients are self-contained so as not to require mixing or handling by user.
D. “Combustible or explosive material” does not include matches, butane, kerosene, propane or similar fuels and devices used in ordinary course of camping.
Camping equipment shall include, but not be limited to, vehicles, recreational vehicles, campers, boats, trailers or any other thing which is generally recognized as recreational camping equipment.
Any campsite or equipment which is left unoccupied or unattended for more than 24 consecutive hours without written authorization will be deemed to be abandoned and subject to towing and be impounded at the expense of owner or user.
