Depositing funds for inmate spending accounts using a Credit Card can either be done at the lobby kiosk at the jail, or by going to  Only Visa and MasterCard are accepted.  Inmate Accounts are limited to a total of $500.00 in credit card transactions, from all sources, within the past 30 days.  Fees for credit card deposits are listed on the website and at the lobby kiosk.




The Cass County Jail now accepts Credit Card and Debit Card Payments through GovPayNet as a means of posting bail for someone that is in custody.  Simply Click the Pay Bail Logo.

There is a 7% service fee associated with this method of posting bail which is non-refundable as it is provided by a private party and not Cass County.





Posting Bond with a Credit Card can only be done thru the GovPay system, or at the bond window in the jail lobby.
