The Cass County Auditor’s Office would like to provide information to the public regarding the voting options for the 2015 City of Fargo Special Election.
The Early Voting Precinct will be open to all qualified electors of the City of Fargo to cast their vote for the Special Election as follows:

Monday , April 20 through Wednesday, April 22, 2015 from 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.
Vote Centers for Election Day, April 28, 2015, will be open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
FargoDome, 1800 University Drive North
El Zagal Shrine, 1429 3rd Street North
Fargo Public Library, 102 3rd Street North
Baymont Inn, 3333 13th Avenue South
Calvary United Methodist Church, 4575 45th Street South
Atonement Lutheran Church, 4601 University Drive South
Any qualified elector of the City of Fargo is eligible to cast their ballot at ony ONE of these location on Election Day.
To be a qualified elector, you must be:
- A U.S. Citizen;
- At least 18 years of age;
- A North Dakota resident; and
- A resident within the corporate city limits of Fargo. If you are not sure whether you are qualified to vote in this election, you can CLICK HERE, find your address and determine if you are within the corporate city limits.

Absentee Ballots will be available for the City of Fargo Special Election from the Cass County Auditor’s Office, 211 9th Street South, Fargo, North Dakota beginning March 19, 2015. Cass County Courthouse office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Absentee ballot applications may be picked up at the County Auditor’s office, are available online at https://vip.sos.nd.gov/absentee, or may be obtained by calling the County Auditor’s Office at (701) 241-5600. Voters must indicate on the application that they wish to receive a ballot for the City or Special election.
