Note:  The tax amount is after the 12% state paid property tax relief.

Additional Instructions:

For residential and commercial property, enter the assessor's true and full value, or if unknown, the market value.  For agricultural land, the assessor's value must be used.

If the property is entitled to an exemption or homestead credit, subtract that amount from the property value.

Choose the appropriate property type and taxing jurisdiction.

The calculator estimates taxes using the current mill rates.  The estimated tax does not include the discount for early payment.  Special assessment and drain assessment payments are not included in the estimate.
