To bid per project is $50 per bid.

To have unlimited bidding on projects on a monthly basis is $50 per month. This is a monthly fee and can be cancelled at any time.  To view and electronically bid click on Bid Express Website (This site is NOT affiliated with NDDOT BidX bidding site)

Plans for projects listed below can be viewed by clicking on the Project Number below. Bidding Proposals are accepted only through Bid Express, no paper copies available. Bid Tabulations will be posted as soon as possible after Bid Letting.

Sealed Quotes will be received until 1:00 p.m. on October 16th, 2025 by the Cass County Highway Department at the Highway Department in, West Fargo, North Dakota for Reinf. Box Culvert in Cass County, North Dakota.  Quotes to be opened immediately following the hour set for receiving quotes at the Cass County Highway Department, 1201 Main Ave West, West Fargo, North Dakota. Major Items of Work Include:

Plans may be obtained at the office of the Cass County Engineer, West Fargo, North Dakota, via email at litchyk@casscountynd.gov, or call 701-298-2380. All envelopes containing Quotes must be clearly marked on the outside "QUOTES FOR REINF. BOX CULVERT MANUFACTORING.

 

  The County reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive any irregularities.
