Voters need to remember the following things when returning their voted ballots.

• Make sure you place your voted ballot inside the brown secrecy envelope first, then place the secrecy envelope inside the return envelope.
• Make sure to sign and date the affidavit on the back of the return envelope.
• Voted ballots must be postmarked back to our office no later than midnight on June 8, 2020.
• A secure ballot drop box is available in front of the Cass County Courthouse at 211 9th Street South in Fargo if you do not want to mail your ballot back. In order for the ballot to be counted, it must be placed in the drop box no later than 4:00 PM on June 9, 2020.
