Post Date:03/18/2020 12:07 pmTo apply for an absentee or mail ballot, go to vip.sos.nd.gov/absentee, answer the questions, print out the form generated, sign and date it, and send it to the Cass County Finance Office, PO BOX 2806, Fargo, ND 58108-2806..
