The following payment options are available:

• In Person: Visit the Cass County Finance Office at 211 9th Street South, Fargo. Residents are encouraged to bring their statements and/or parcel numbers to ensure efficient service and avoid delays.

• By Mail or Drop Box: Payments can be mailed or dropped off in the secure drop box located in front of the Courthouse at 211 9th Street South, Fargo. The drop box is checked several times daily.

• Online: Pay via e-check, debit card, or credit card at casscountynd.gov. Please note a convenience fee applies to online card payments.

If you do not receive your tax statement, please contact the County Finance Office by phone at (701) 241-5600 or email taxes@casscountynd.gov.

Under North Dakota law, failure of an owner to receive a statement will not relieve that owner of liability nor extend the discount privilege past the February 15 deadline.
