NOTICE OF ANNEXATION
Notice is hereby given that there has been filed with the governing body of the City of Kindred, Cass County, North Dakota, a petition for the annexation by the City of Kindred of the territory described as follows, to-wit:

The East 500 feet of the North 1,025 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, in Section 33 , Township 137 North, Range 50 West, Cass County, North Dakota (a/k/a Parcel No. 55000009807010).
Said tract of land contains 11.77 acres, more or less.

That said petition sets out, among other things, that the petitioners are the owners of not less than three-fourths (314) of the assessed value of the property in said territory; that three-fourths of the electors in said territory have signed said petition; and that said petitioners petition and request the City Council of the City of Kindred, North Dakota, to annex said territory to and incorporate said territory within the corporate limits of the City of Kindred.

Notice is also given that the said petition will come on for hearing before the City Council of the City of Kindred, North Dakota, on the 1st day of July, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall, in the City of Kindred, North Dakota.
