A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Horace Meeting House, 7951 Jacks Way #116, Horace, ND, regarding an application to rezone the following described property by ordinance:

Lots 1 through 3, Block 1, Lakeview Addition to the City of Horace, Cass County, North Dakota.

AND

Lot 1, Block 1, West Fargo School Second Addition to the City of Horace, Cass County, North Dakota. 

The applicant is requesting the above described property to be rezoned from an MU (Mixed Use) District to an OT (Old Town) District. A copy of the rezoning application is on file at City Hall and is available to be viewed upon request, during normal business hours, all days except weekends and holidays.
