Note of Meeting:

Mapleton/Barnes Township will hold the annual meeting and election March 17, 2026 from 6:00 to 7:00 pm in the Butler Arena, upstairs conference room located at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds 1201 West Main Ave, West Fargo.  Mapleton/Barnes township will be voting to approve a proposed budget of $125,000 which exceeds the 3% property tax cap by 76% and represents a dollar value increase of $54,000.  As in the past the Township will be levying up to the 18 mills cap which is approximately $70-$80,000 in revenue
