A public hearing will be held concerning the proposed plat of the following described property:

A plat of part of Sections 12, 13, 24, 25, all of Bellmore's Frist Subdivision of Section 12, all of Auditor's Lot 5 and part of Auditor's Lots 3 and 4 of Section 25, T138N, R50W, 5th P.M., Horace, Cass County, North Dakota. 

A copy of the proposed plat is on file at City Hall and is available to be viewed upon request, during normal business hours, all days except weekends and holidays.
