A public hearing will be held on the 2nd day of February, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the City Hall of Argusville, North Dakota, concerning the preliminary and final plat approval for the following described property:

A replat of part of Lots 1 through 5 of vacated Block 13, and all of Block 12, and the vacation of that part of Fifth Street and the Alley in the Block 12, all in the Plat of Argusville, and the plat of part of the South Half of Section 6, Township 141 North, Range 49 West, to the City of Argusville, Cass County, North Dakota. 

A copy of the application and plat are available for public inspection and copying at the office of the City Auditor upon request. 

All interested parties may attend.
