The members of the Cass County Sheriff's Office believe it is their mission to serve and protect the constitutional rights of all people with respect, integrity, compassion and fair judgment. Using quality law enforcement, teamwork and professional mannerism; we strive to deliver the highest level of service and protection to all of Cass County.

The Cass County Sheriff's Office will achieve its mission through their core values system which consists of Belief, Integrity, Teamwork, Communication, Respect and Fair Judgment.

The goal of the Cass County Sheriff's Office is to provide a highly motivating, compassionate and positive work environment where employees are excited to come to work, are encouraged and properly trained to serve the citizens of Cass County . The philosophy of the leadership team is to communicate expectations and information necessary for employees to effectively do their job. Our goal is to encourage constructive feedback throughout all levels of the organization. Leadership recognizes all employees share equal importance in the strategic plan of the Cass County Sheriff's Office.
