brought their discharge paper to our office to register
them.
How Do
I Locate My DD Form 214 (Military Discharge Paper)?
- We are here to assist you in locating your military
discharge documents or other military documents FREE
OF CHARGE.
- There are websites that charge a fee, but the process
remains the same. The process consists of filling
out a SF-180
(Request Pertaining to Military Records) and sending
it to the NPRC
(National Personnel Records Center) in St. Louis,
Missouri.
