I
am Sgt Gail Wischmann in the Office of Professional
Standards or better known to some as Internal Affairs.
As
a member of the Cass County Sheriff's Office since 1982
I am honored to have the responsibility to see that
all Sheriff Office employees not only follow policy
and procedure but, treat citizens and co-workers in
a respectful and fair manner.
I
will ensure that as Sgt of Office of Professional Standards
that any and all internal and external complaints that
I investigate against personnel are investigated in
the same systematic, fair and professional manner. The
OPS investigation findings will then be documented in
a thorough report.
