Comprehensive Plan

The Cass County Commission adopted an update to the county's comprehensive plan on February 22, 2005. This plan can be thought of as the blueprint or framework for the county and the policies created from this plan will shape the future development in the county. The main goal of the plan is identifying the current and emerging issues faced by the county and address those issues by developing the county's goals, objectives, and policies. These goals, objectives, and policies are implemented through the county's subdivision ordinances.

If you have any questions please contact the County Planner.
