The Cass County Jail will begin taking phone appointments for inmate visitation. All inmate visits (other than professional visits) will be by appointment only.
Please follow the schedule listed below to set up an appointment. You will be asked your name, DOB and phone number. You will be advised that only (2) people may visit an inmate.
Call 271-2957 so set up a visit for:
Monday -call between 1:30 and 2:30pm for a visit that evening.
Tuesday -call between 8:30 and 9:30am for a visit that afternoon.
Wednesday -call between 1:30 and 2:30pm for a visit that evening and for Thursday morning.
Thursday -call between 1:30 and 2:30pm for a visit on Friday morning.
Friday -call between 1:30 and 2:30pm for visits on Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon.
Visitors must have a picture ID. Children must be properly supervised both in the lobby and the visitation areas.
Please do not bring purses, backpacks, cell phones, pocket knives, cigarettes or lighters into the jail.

*There are lockers in the entryway to leave purses, backpacks, cell phones and other items you bring with you, if you choose not to leave them in your vehicle.
*Visits are 30 minutes in length, depending on availability. Please be prompt when going up to your visit and prompt when your visit is over.
* Please bring a photo ID for identification.
