5) Table Tab
When using the Identify/Select tool or search options, the table tab will automatically open when a feature is selected.
Within this tab you will have the option to select and open the single feature dialog box.

Click the Identify/Select button and the identify dialog box will open.
Select the layer you wish to identify in the Identify Layer drop down list (All layers will appear in alphabetical order that are checked on in the the table of contents.)
Select the Identify option: new selection, add to selection, select from selection, or remove from selection.
Click on the feature you want to identify/select on the map (multiple features can be selected be clicking and dragging). |

When multiple features are selected the Table tab will open and display tabular information for the selected features.
NOTE: If only one feature is selected the Single Feature dialog box will open.
Expands the table for easier viewing.

To select and open the single feature dialog box for an individual feature click: 
A dialog box will open and display information for that feature, as well as any reports that are available for the selected feature.
6) Parcel Reports

Click the icon button, and select County Parcels as your identify layer. (County Parcels is the default identify layer).
In the display area, click on the Parcel you wish to view (if necessary zoom in until parcels display).

NOTE: Expand this dialog box by clicking the small (S) , medium (M) or large (L) radio buttons.
NOTE: When a selected parcel is a Fargo or West Fargo parcel the available reports will include the County Report as well as a city specific report that re-directs you to the assessment information for that city.
7) Search Menu
The Search Menu gives you several options for searching and selecting features. The map display will automatically zoom to the features returned by any of the search options. The results will also be automatically displayed in the table tab.

- Search by Parcel Number
Example:

Select Search by Parcel Number from the Search Menu

In the text box enter enter: 01224002810000.

Click the Perform Search button.
The table tab or single feature dialog box will display the results and the display area will automatically zoom to the parcel(s) returned by the search.

- Search by Physical Address
Example:
- Select Search by Physical Address from the Search Menu.
- In the text box enter: 211 9 ST S.
- Click the Perform Search button.
- The table tab or single feature dialog box will display the results and the display area will automatically zoom to the parcel(s) returned by the search.

Search by Venue & Search by Plat
Search by Venue & Search by Plat utilize dropdown lists for easy use.
- Select the appropriate Township/City or Subdivision Name from the drop down.
- Click Perform Search.
The table tab or single feature dialog box will display the results and the display area will automatically
zoom to the feature(s) returned by the search.
