Brief Description:
This district covers the city of North River; city of Harwood; city of Reiles Acres; and the northwestern part of the city of Fargo; and parts of Fargo, Harwood and Reed townships.

District 45 Legal Description:
District 45 consists of the city of North River, the city of Harwood, and the city of Reile's Acres; and that part of the city of Fargo, Fargo Township, Harwood Township, and Reed Township bound by a line commencing at the intersection of the extended centerline of thirty-second avenue north and the centerline of the Red River, thence west on thirty-second avenue north until its intersection with the centerline of broadway, thence south on broadway until its intersection with the centerline of twenty-fifth avenue north, thence west on twenty-fifth avenue north until its intersection with the centerline of eighth street, thence south on eighth street until its intersection with the centerline of nineteenth avenue north, thence east on nineteenth avenue north until its intersection with the centerline of broadway, thence south on broadway until its intersection with the centerline of seventeenth avenue north, thence west on seventeenth avenue north until its intersection with the centerline of eighth street, thence south on eighth street until its intersection with the centerline of twelfth avenue north, thence west on twelfth avenue north until its intersection with the centerline of interstate highway 29, thence north on interstate highway 29 until its intersection with the centerline of the burlington northern santa fe railway right of way, thence north and west on the burlington northern santa fe railway right of way until its intersection with the centerline of nineteenth avenue north, thence west on nineteenth avenue north until its intersection with the centerline of the Sheyenne River, thence north on the Sheyenne River until its intersection with the centerline of twenty-seventh street in Harwood Township, thence east on twenty-seventh street and an extended line until its intersection with the centerline of the Red River, thence south on the Red River to the point of beginning.

Brief Description:

FargoDome, Precinct #09-45-01: This precinct covers part of an area in the city of Fargo north of 12th Avenue North, west of 5th Street North, south of 28th Avenue North and east of I-29. This precinct includes the NDSU Campus.

Knollbrook Covenant Church, Precinct #09-45-02: This precinct covers part of an area in the city of Fargo north of 19th Avenue North, west of the Red River, south of 76th Avenue North and east of 45th Street North.

Harwood Community Center, Precinct #09-45-03: This precinct covers part of an area in the city of Fargo north of 19th Avenue North, west of I-29 and the Red River, south of 27th R Street in Harwood Township and east of the Sheyenne River. This precinct also includes the City of Harwood.

Precinct 09-45-03: Beginning at the extended centerline of 27th Street in Harwood Township and the centerline of the Red River, thence west on the centerline of 27th Street to its intersection with the centerline of the Sheyenne River, thence southerly on the centerline of the Sheyenne River to the centerline of 19th Avenue North, thence east on the centerline of 19th Avenue North to the centerline of 45th Street North, thence north and east following the Fargo City limits to the centerline of Interstate 29, thence north on the centerline of Interstate 29 to the eastern edge of section 9 in Reed Township, thence north following the east section lines of sections 9 and 4 in Reed Township to the centerline of County Highway 22, thence east on the centerline of County Highway 22 to the centerline of the Red River, thence north on the centerline of the Red River to the point of beginning.
