Legislative District 22 

Brief Description:
This district covers all of rural Cass County except for those portions located in Districts 20, 27 and 45.

District 22 Legal Description: 
District 22 consists of all of Cass County except those portions contained in Districts 11, 13, 20, 21, 27, 41, 44, 45, and 46. (includes cities of Ayr, Buffalo, Tower City, Alice, Leonard, Davenport, Kindred, Oxbow, Horace, Mapleton, Casselton, Arthur and Argusville; part of west central Fargo north of Main Avenue; part of West Fargo north of Main Avenue and east of State Highway 294.

Brief Description:

Page Senior Center, Precinct #09-22-01:  This precinct covers the townships of Lake, Rich and Rochester.

Arthur Community Center, Precinct #09-22-02:  This precinct covers the cities of Arthur and Amenia and the townships of Erie, Arthur, Gunkle, Empire, Amenia and Rush River.

Buffalo Community Center, Precinct #09-22-03:  This precinct covers the cities of Alice, Ayr, Buffalo and Tower City and the townships of Cornell, Tower, Hill, Ayr, Buffalo, Howes, Clifton, Eldred, Pontiac and Highland.

Argusville Fire Hall, Precinct #09-22-04:  This precinct covers the city of Argusville, the township of Berlin and a portion of Harwood township.

Governor's Inn, Precinct #09-22-05:  This precinct covers the city of Casselton and the townships of Wheatland, Casselton, Gill, Everest and Durbin.

Mapleton Community Center, Precinct #09-22-06:  This precinct covers the city of Mapleton and the townships of Harmony, Raymond and Mapleton (except Sections 1, 2, 11 and 12).

Veterans Memorial Arena, Precinct #09-22-07:  This precinct covers part of Reed township west of the Sheyenne River and south of 19th Avenue and part of West Fargo east of Center Street and north of Main Avenue.

Leonard Senior Center, Precinct #09-22-08:  This precinct covers the city of Leonard and the townships of Walburg, Maple River, Watson and Leonard.

Kindred City Hall, Precinct #09-22-09:  This precinct covers the cities of Davenport and Kindred and the townships of Addison, Warren, Davenport and Normanna.

Shiloh Evangelical Free Church, Precinct #09-22-10:  This precinct covers an area south of West Fargo, one mile on either side of County Road 17 from I-94 south to County Road 6.

Horace Senior Center, Precinct #09-22-11:  This precinct covers the city of Horace and part of Stanley township.

Hickson Community Center, Precinct #09-22-12:  This precinct covers the city of Oxbow and Pleasant township, including the village of Hickson and that part of the City of Fargo which extends south of Cass Highway 16.

Precinct 09-22-01:  The townships of Rochester, Lake and Rich.

Precinct 09-22-02:  This precinct covers the cities of Arthur and Amenia and the townships of Erie, Arthur, Gunkle, Empire, Amenia and Rush River.

Precinct 09-22-03:  The cities of Alice, Ayr, Buffalo and Tower City and the townships of Cornell, Tower, Hill, Ayr, Buffalo, Howes, Clifton, Eldred, Pontiac and Highland.

Precinct 09-22-04:  The city of Argusville, the township of Berlin and the portion of Harwood township lying north and west of a line beginning at the extended centerline of 27th Street in Harwood township and the centerline of the Red River, thence west on the centerline of 27th Street to its intersection with the centerline of the Sheyenne River, thence southerly on the centerline of the Sheyenne River to the southern edge of Harwood township.

Precinct 09-22-05:  The city of Casselton and the townships of Wheatland, Casselton, Gill, Everest and Durbin.

Precinct 09-22-06:  The city of Mapleton and the townships of Harmony, Raymond and Mapleton (except sections 1, 2, 11 and 12).

Precinct 09-22-07:  That portion of the cities of Fargo and West Fargo and the township of Reed that is in legislative district 22 described as commencing at centerline of Interstate 29 and the centerline of Main Avenue, thence north on the centerline of Interstate 29 to the centerline of the Burlington Northern right of way, thence northwesterly on the centerline of the Burlington Northern right of way to the centerline of 19th Avenue North, thence west on the centerline of 19th Avenue North to the centerline of the Sheyenne River, thence north on the centerline of the Sheyenne River to the north edge of Reed Township, thence west along the north Reed Township line to the western edge of Reed Township, thence south along the western edge of Reed Township to the centerline of 12th Avenue North, thence east on the centerline of 12th Avenue North to the centerline of Center Street, thence south on the centerline of Center Street to the centerline of Main Avenue, thence east on Main Avenue to the point of beginning.

Precinct 09-22-08:  The city of Leonard and the townships of Walburg, Maple River, Watson and Leonard.

Precinct 09-22-09:  The cities of Davenport and Kindred and the townships of Addison, Warren, Davenport and Normanna.

Precinct 09-22-10:  The area of Barnes Township beginning at the northwest corner of Barnes township Section 19 (one mile west of County Road 17 on a straight line west of the intersection of County Road 17 and Interstate 94), thence south along the Barnes Township line to the southern edge of Banes Township, thence east along the Barnes Township border (County Road 6 west of County Road 17) to the centerline of 57th Street, thence north on the centerline of 57th Street to the centerline of Interstate 94, thence west on the centerline of Interstate 94 and the northern edge of Section 19 of Barnes township to the point of beginning.

Precinct 09-22-11:  The city of Horace, and the area of Stanley Township beginning at the northwest corner of Stanley Township section 6 (one mile west of County Road 17 on a straight line west of the intersection of County Road 6 and County Road 17), thence following the Stanley Township line and the city of Horace boundary south, east and north to the intersecting line of Stanley Township and the city of Horace at Cass Highway 16 and County Road 17, thence east along the Stanley Township border to the Red River, thence north on the Red River to the centerline on 76th Avenue South, thence west on the centerline of 76th Avenue South to the centerline of United States Highway 81, thence south on United States Highway 81 to the centerline of 88th Avenue South, thence west on the centerline of 88th Avenue South to the centerline of 57th Street South, thence north on the centerline of 57th Street South to the centerline of County Road 6, thence west on the centerline of County Road 6 and an extended straight line to the point of beginning.

Precinct 09-22-12:  The city of Oxbow and the township of Pleasant, including the village of Hickson and that part of the City of Fargo which extends south of Cass Highway 16.
