 District 13 consists of that part of Barnes and Mapleton townships and the city of West Fargo in Cass County bound by a line commencing at the intersection of the centerline of main avenue and the centerline of seventeenth street, thence west on main avenue until its intersection with the centerline of center street, also known as state highway 294, thence north on center street until its intersection with the centerline of twelfth avenue north, thence west on twelfth avenue north and thirty-sixth avenue until its intersection with the centerline of thirty-eighth street, thence south on thirty-eighth street until its intersection with the centerline of thirtyeighth avenue, thence east and south on thirty-eighth avenue following township roads until its intersection with the east boundary of Mapleton township, thence south on a straight line following the east boundary of Mapleton township until its intersection with the centerline of twentieth avenue south, thence east on twentieth avenue south and an extended straight line until its intersection with the centerline of interstate highway 94, thence east on interstate highway 94 until its intersection with the east boundary of the West Fargo city limit, thence north following the city limit and seventeenth street to the point of beginning.

Westside Elementary School, Precinct #09-13-01:  This precinct covers part of an area in the city of West Fargo north of I-94, west of the Sheyenne River, south of 12th Avenue North and east of 38th R Street.

West Fargo City Hall, Precinct #09-13-02:  This precinct covers part of an area in the city of West Fargo north of 13th Avenue East, west of 9th Street East, south of 12th Avenue North and east of the Sheyenne River.

Veterans Memorial Arena, Precinct #09-13-03:  This precinct covers part of an area in the city of West Fargo north of I-94, west of 17th Street East, south of Main Avenue and east of the Sheyenne River.
