County Administrator

The County Administrator makes recommendations to the Board of Commissioners, implements its policies, manages the personnel office and buildings/grounds staff to assure effective delivery of county services.

The Personnel Department works in partnership with administrators, managers and employees to meet human resource needs in a timely, effective and professional manner.  Cass County currently has approximately 400 employees.

The County Administrator works with the county's space and planning committee to ensure proper formulation of a master plan for capitol improvements.  She also serves as project manager on building construction projects.

In addition, the county administrator serves as the county risk manager; initiates legislative opportunities beneficial to Cass County; and executes commission objectives to departments and the public.
